This year, we – Nakashima Vietnam Co., Ltd. again welcomed guests from the companies in Nakashima Group since the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, to attend the company’s 12th Kaizen congress.
Not outside the purpose of building and developing the company stronger, from here the initiatives in production labor are recommended.
At this congress, we selected 12/194 typical improvement projects of 2022 to report, these projects not only increase productivity, reduce costs but also create a safe working environment. The judge selected the best project “Introducing the CAP grinding robot built created together with the supplier’’ to attend the NHC group’s congress held in June 2023. This project has liberated manual labor, ensuring the safety of the operator, improving the quality and appearance of the product.
