In response to the activities of “National Fire Prevention and Fighting Day October 4”; 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Cluster and to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day, on the morning of October 10, 2024, the Fire Safety Enterprise Cluster of Dinh Vu Economic Zone successfully organized the 2024 Fire Fighting Technical Sports Festival.
This is one of the typical activities of the Sports Festival to raise awareness and compliance with regulations on fire prevention and fighting and rescue of employees. At the same time, it also improves the readiness of the grassroots fire prevention and fighting force to organize firefighting and rescue in necessary cases.
The Sports Festival had 37 teams competing enthusiastically in the traditional competitions of the Cluster including: Using a blanket to put out a gasoline drum, using a powder bottle to put out a gasoline tray and the fire truck formation to spray water to the spotlight. The teams made efforts, promoted the spirit of solidarity, honesty, competed with all their might and achieved high results, contributing to the success of the Sports Festival. Through the competitions that were invested elaborately and carefully, the Organizing Committee of the Sports Festival selected the best teams to award prizes.
Coming to this sports festival, the team of Nakashima Vietnam Co., Ltd. with the majority of new members showed their competitive spirit with determination and constant efforts. As a result, the team excellently won the third prize overall.
On this occasion, the company’s outstanding individuals also received certificates of merit from Hai Phong City Police and Hai An District People’s Committee for their contributions to the 2024 Fire Prevention and Rescue Movement of Dinh Vu Fire Safety Enterprise Cluster.
